Whidbey Island
Historical Whidbey Island is one of the nine islands in Island County, Washington State. It is
located 30 miles north of Seattle and is located between I-5 and the Olympic Pennisula of
western washington, forming the north boundary of Puget Sound. Viewing Gray Whales and Orcas
are a plus as you also attend wine & water festivals, car shows, theatre, poetry and music
festivals, blooming gardens, fireworks displays and even golf. Hiking along the seashore on
sandy beaches is a highlight. Whidbey has it all.
