Coyote Corner, is an historic place in the heart of locals. Up in the top of the garage is a Coyote peaking out that the homeowner had traded for when they owned the Carlton Store......it is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, with an extra room that has a Queen hideabed....there is an amazing lush tree out front with a hidden fort. The kitchen is charming, and the dining room spacious. This is a very comfortable home from which guests can walk to everything Winthrop....and not far to drive or bike to Pearrygin Lake. The house is pet friendly. The owners are upgrading the house often, and we will try to keep photos updated. There is storage for bikes and outdoor gear available.
