Were there any specific amenities you particularly enjoyed -- or missed -- at the Mountain Shadow Duplex?
Great space for a family of four. It was larger in person than it looked from the photos.

Needs inside door Matt's and maybe a shoe rack. Full kitchen use some be part of the base price, not an extra.

How would you rate the condition of the furnishings, appliances, linens, etc. of the Mountain Shadow Duplex?
This place appears to be getting pretty old. I didn't get the impression that it is someone's vacation cabin that they rent out occasionally; more like an investment property with bare minimum upkeep for maximum profit. Some of the issues we noticed include: 1) The wall heater in the bedroom was missing. The portable electric radiator supplied as its substitute could not keep up with the cold. 2) The heat lamp in the bathroom would occasionally go out on you, for no apparent reason, leaving you to shower in semi-darkness. Not sure what was causing that. 3) Only 3 of the 5 lights above the stove/counter area were working. No replacement bulbs could be found. 4) The pots and pans were "well used". Should have brought our own. 5) The ceiling fan in the living room is unbalanced and makes noise. Many people might not even notice but it was annoying to me.

How would you rate the cleanliness of the Mountain Shadow Duplex upon your arrival?
One shower had standing water in it and hair, not very appealing. The rest was great.
