No SmokingThis Winthrop retreat(can only be rented for 30 days or more)was just finished in 2015. The house is a 'low-berm' stucco home, with heated floors, wood stove, and lots of windows to the south and west. There are two bedrooms, with Queen beds, and office, with a twin. One bath. The main portion of the house is an open design with the living area open to the kitchen and dining. One big happy family.
It is located on the upper end of Winthrop, on the way to Pearrygin Lake. Just outside the house is a sun-catching yard facing south. Inside, there is local television and internet, and plenty of comfy seating for reading or just soaking up the sun, on a winter's day.

There was no streetside number, that we found one and put it up. The kitchen, common area, outdoor space and bedrooms were all wonderful. The bathroom is splendid. The neighbors and neighborhood are great. The grill works great.
What a beautiful escape! Close to Winthrop, but with serene surroundings. Would definitely come back!
