No SmokingThis cabin was built in the 1960's from logs and timber taken from the nearby area. It was one of the first structures in the Edelweiss area and served as a hunter's camp complete with horse corral for trips into the back country. It was recently remodeled and now has a beautifully finished interior.
Fawn Creek Hideaway has fully equipped kitchen w/dishwasher & microwave, a beautiful and newly remodeled enclosed sunny breakfast nook, and living room with gas fireplace. TV/Blue Ray DVD/Netflix, CD player, and a great entertainment deck with BBQ and table for relaxing in this wooded setting are all provided. There are two bedrooms, with queen beds, a queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room, and two bathrooms.
Winter ski trail access is just minutes away by car, and summer walking, hiking and biking opportunities abound.

We always have wonderful experiences when renting accommodations with Methow Reservations. The properties are consistently high value for the rates. We planned rather late this year and while it was difficult to find a reservation for a couple days, we were delighted by the Fawn Creek cabin and the location. We always appreciate how well maintained and how clean and fresh the accommodations with Methow Reservations. And the booking and cancellations are also very easy. Most of all, the staff is gracious, helpful and responsive. Thank you for always being our best 'go to' for our short winter getaways!

Loved the dining area with the heated floor and table that reminded me of my childhood. The seating in the living area is spacious and comfortable with lots of room to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well stocked, and the three windows in the upstairs bedroom made it feel like we were in a treehouse!

I just loved the cabin!! It was perfect for two couples. The location was just right. In between Mazama and Winthrop. The sauna was a bonus.

Wonderful place to stay. Such a cozy cabin with plenty of space to spread out. The pictures can't do it justice! Old timey cabin decor was so charming, surrounded by trees, private and quiet. Well-stocked kitchen for cooking. Our family loved bbq dinners on the porch, turning on the gas fire when it got chilly, sitting with a cup of coffee on comfy sofas and watching the sun rise on the mountain out the window. Maple Pass hike most breathtaking views of the summer.

The Fawn Creek Hideaway was truly wonderful. It was clean, cozy, and in just the right location for the hikes we were doing. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were great. There was a small air conditioner on the main floor and another in the upstairs bedroom. The one upstairs worked great. The electricity went out one morning. We were just going out for a hike anyway, so we left and the power was back on when we returned late in the afternoon.
