No SmokingOld West Winthrop, on the river, with a stunning backyard view of the Chewuch River. This historic Winthrop house has been updated beautifully. The kitchen and bathroom are state of the art and charming. The back features lush green grass, with a little bridge that crosses the irrigation ditch, which runs between the house and the Chewuch River. Next door, you can easily traverse the Chewuch river on a walking suspension bridge which takes you on a riverwalk through 13 acres of open space.
The house features two bedrooms with Queen beds. There is a large table to gather around in the river-view back room, or to sit, work, and gaze at the wildlife that gathers at the watering hole below. The front living room is comfortable, and it is fun to watch the Winthrop goings on. Always something! Well behaved dogs with conscientious owners welcome.
sThe rear of the house has easy access to the river as well as to an irrigation ditch that runs from May to early October. The owners would strongly discourage children families with young children, especially during irrigation season and early spring runoff.

I love Libby's Landing so much, I came back! You simply cannot get a better location in Winthrop. The porch swing is my favorite vantage point. We had amazing sunsets during our stay and the bridge provides a perfect vantage point for some awesome views and great photo opportunities.

This is the most at-home I have ever felt at a vacation rental. It's the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in, even measured against other highly rated stays. The decor was impeccable. With a great location, walking distant to the town, we will definitely be returning. Thanks for an amazing stay. We were quite wowed by your place. . We are thinking of coming out each summer for a few days to enjoy it again. We loved the room with the games and books. We made many great family memories in there.

Great spot and would stay there again. Location is the best part, right in town and walkable but also feels like a world away when sitting by the rapids in the backyard. Also very clean and pretty well stocked kitchen stuff. While not "fancy" it's well outfitted and comfortable/cozy for our family of four.

This was a great home to rent! We loved being able to bring our dog and enjoyed the beautiful dining room with views to the river after our skiing adventures each day. It was the perfect spot to unwind with the kids and relax with games and puzzles.
